Furnished lengthAluminum and Architectural Bronze Thresholds and Assembly Components are furnished longer than ordered to allow for field sizing and fitting. 1/2" is added to thresholds under 61"; 1" is added to thresholds over 61", unless ordered as “net” cut.
MaterialsThresholds are Aluminum Alloy 6063, T5 Temper, Unless Noted. Cover Plates 818 and 814 are Aluminum Alloy 3003, H14 Hardness. Cover Plate 838 is Aluminum Alloy 5052, H32 Hardness. Architectural Bronze Thresholds are Alloy CDA 385 (Copper Alloy No. C38500), Architectural Bronze. Stainless Steel Thresholds and Cover Plates are Type 304, Known for Its Excellent Corrosion Resistance, High Tensile Strength and Resistance to Oxidation.

Is there a heavy-duty version of the 613?
Yes — NGP prints 613HD, 613HDB and 613HDDKB on its HEAVY-DUTY THRESHOLDS page, the same three finishes as the standard saddle. Heavy duty is a model code of its own rather than an option on the 613, so a heavy-duty line orders and prices as 613HD.
What finishes does the 613 come in?
The SADDLE THRESHOLDS page prints mill finish (613), black anodized (613B) and dark bronze (613DKB); the book also prints a 613SS in the stainless steel saddle table and a 613BR in the architectural bronze saddle table. In NGP's finish legend the B suffix is Black Anodized (ANSI/BHMA 711, US19), DKB is Dark Bronze (ANSI/BHMA 710, 313AN) and BR is architectural bronze satin (ANSI/BHMA 728, US4).
Will the 613 arrive at exactly the length I order?
NGP furnishes aluminum thresholds longer than ordered to allow for field sizing: 1/2" is added under 61" and 1" over 61", unless the threshold is ordered as a "net" cut.

What is the 613 made of, and is there a stainless or bronze version?
NGP's materials note states thresholds are Aluminum Alloy 6063, T5 temper, unless noted, so the plain 613 is aluminum. The book also prints a 613SS in its stainless steel 1/4" saddle table and a 613BR in the architectural bronze 1/4" saddle table.
