NGP price book — product lookup and current pricing

NGP (National Guard Products) makes the trim of the opening: aluminum saddle thresholds, smoke and fire gasketing, rain drip guards, vision lite kits and door louvers. Most of it is cut to length or sized to the opening, so an NGP line prices by its dimensions — each guide below takes a length or a width and height and prices the model live from the current NGP book.

Common NGP questions

How do I find the price of an NGP product?
Paste the model and its dimension — a length for a threshold or seal, a width and height for a lite kit — into Pricebook Intelligence, or open the guide for that model below. The price is resolved from the NGP price book covering that series, and the guide shows the book’s effective date and page range alongside it.
Can I paste a line straight from a hardware schedule?
Yes. Schedule notation carries prefix words, quantities and punctuation that a catalog search box normally rejects. A line reading THRESHOLD NGP 425E x 36" resolves to the same part number as the bare model code.
How are NGP thresholds priced by length?
Most NGP thresholds are cut to order, so the length is part of the price rather than a separate stock code. Give a length and the resolver assembles the part number with that dimension in it and prices the result from the thresholds book.
What do the letters after an NGP model number mean?
They encode options the price book lists in its own tables — on the 5050 bulb seal, C is charcoal. The resolver decodes them from those tables, so an option it cannot account for is reported rather than dropped.
What happens if a line is missing information?
It asks instead of guessing. A lite kit code with no frame named comes back with the frames that fit it — L-FRA100, L-FRA100-SP, LO-PRO and the rest — rather than a price for a configuration you never specified.
